Q: Can the Net Return golf net be used outdoors?
A: Yes. The net is built with UV-treated netting and an aluminum frame, so it can be used indoors or outdoors.
Q: How long does the net take to assemble?
A: The net sets up in about 5 minutes, with no tools required.
Q: What ball speeds can the net handle?
A: The Net Return Home Series and Pro Series nets are both rated for ball speeds up to 225 MPH.
Q: Which net sizes are available?
A: Home Series (7' x 7'), Pro Series (8' x 7'6"), Pro Series (8' x 8'), Pro Series (9' x 8') and Pro Series (10' x 8'). The Simulator Kit, Flex Simulator Screen, Universal Side Barriers and No Fly Zone V2 are all matched to the net size you choose.
Q: How much room do I need?
A: Each net size has its own minimum room dimensions, listed in the Specifications section. The Home Series needs a minimum of 9'W x 8'H x 14'L.
Q: How far away should I stand from my practice net?
A: Generally, we recommend hitting at least 8' from your practice net, as measured from the net to the center of your hitting mat. There are some exceptions to this rule where our customers hit as close as 6' from their net, but this answer is ultimately determined based upon how much room you need to swing the golf club into your follow-through.
Q: Can the LaunchBox be used outdoors?
A: The LaunchBox is optimized for indoor use but also works on range mats outdoors.
Q: What software is included?
A: The LaunchBox comes with E6 CONNECT Home, with game modes such as Stroke Play, Scramble and Best Ball.
Q: What data does the LaunchBox show?
A: The onboard display shows carry distance, ball speed, back spin, side spin, vertical launch angle and horizontal launch direction. In game you also get total distance, club head speed, smash factor, deviation, apex, descent angle and shot type.
Q: Does this package include a projector?
A: No. A projector and projector mount are sold separately. The included Simulator Kit and Flex Simulator Screen let you add a projector and turn the net into a full golf simulator setup.
Q: How is the Flex Simulator Screen installed?
A: The screen has grommets at its four corners and installs with the included bungee cords.
Q: What do the Universal Side Barriers do?
A: The side barriers come as a right and left pair and extend out from the sides of the net to help contain mishit shots. They are held in place with the four provided sandbags.
Q: How much extra protection does the No Fly Zone V2 add?
A: The No Fly Zone V2 frame adds 1.5 feet of height and 3.5 feet of overhang for enhanced containment.
Q: Does the No Fly Zone V2 require tools for assembly?
A: No tools are required. The unit assembles in less than 5 minutes using clamps.
Q: Are the No Fly Zone V2 sandbags pre-filled?
A: No, the sandbags are shipped empty and need to be filled upon setup.
Q: Can The Net Return Outdoor Cover be used with the No Fly Zone V2 attached?
A: No. The No Fly Zone V2 must be removed before using the Outdoor Cover, which is sold separately.
Q: Is a hitting mat included?
A: No. The Net Return Pro Turf or Platinum Turf hitting mat is available as an optional accessory.
